The Original BajaFire Mobile Kitchen
Our mobile kitchen was designed by DJ Williams and built by HERRERIA "Miguel Angel" (Contact: 044-624-132-88-04) in Santa Anita, after months and months of researching what it should be.  A tough, capable machine, able to handle the rough roads of the area, yet still perform amazing food, anywhere.  Concepts from the best and most modern BBQ trailers from the South West of the United States were picked as the basis for the trailer.  While it my be rooted in BBQ technology, don't be fooled.  This mobile kitchen can outperform many static, high end restaurants.  There is no meal it cannot cook!
