Flora Farm - San Jose del Cabo, Baja Sur, MX
BajaFire is based out of Flora Farm in San Jose del Cabo, Baja Sur, Mexico.  This magnificient organic farm is owned and operated by Patrick and Gloria Greene.  Gloria has been working on her vision for Flora Farm for nearing 10 years!  Aside from all the local fruits, vegetables, herbs and salad greens, there are also 2 demonstration and production kitchens and ample grounds for any kind of event you can imagine. She even has grapes on the way for making wines!
