Friends, Clients and Neighbors,
With a full time job and a house, perpetually under construction, I was never able to give BajaFire the attention it deserved. It was growing faster than I had the time to give it and still offer a quality experience. After 3 exciting and educational years with BajaFire, Catering and Events for Los Cabos, I have decided to explore other opportunities (namely, finish my house and learn to surf!). I have plenty of other ideas bouncing around my head and I hope to be back in a year or two. With what? Wait and see!
In the meantime, don't fret!
Chef Gloria Greene, my original partner in BajaFire, is back in Los Cabos and has taken the reins and is keeping the fire alive! Our original portable kitchen is alive, well and is continuing to make fantastic food, wherever it goes. The trailer is in fantastic hands with Gloria. Track it down for some amazing food!
